Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning and executing all SEO and SEM marketing campaigns for customers

Responsibilities:

    • Implement the digital marketing strategy in support of the broader marketing plan
    • Develop and manage all digital marketing campaigns from inception through to delivery and post-campaign review
    • Measure and report on the effectiveness of all campaigns with the intention of developing insights
    • Contribute to the development and delivery of the customer’s social media strategy, and ensure integration with overall digital marketing strategy
    • Devise strategies and implement SEO and SEM initiatives to drive online traffic to the customer’s website/s
    • Monitor and analyse site performance and review tracking metrics to provide solutions to increase search engine ranking
    • Assess search outcomes related to advertising/marketing campaigns
    • Identify potential new customers and prepare digital marketing proposals
    • Research and evaluate new traffic trends and identify new optimisation opportunities
    • Keep up to date with news on organic search, paid search and social media tools
    • Work closely with marketing stakeholders to identify areas for growth and opportunities to improve return on investment
    • Execution of planned social media paid advertisements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

    • Previous experience in a similar role
    • Strong SEO and SEM experience
    • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing trends, portals and channels
    • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to write client proposals
