Job Description
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, The Digital Marketing Director is a strategic member of the Experian Health marketing team. You will have in-depth knowledge of all marketing channels (Search, Social Media, Content, Email, and Display), digital tools and platforms. You will develop optimized paid and earned digital marketing strategies to increase qualified website traffic, improve SERP rankings, produce leads for Sales and manage paid media spend.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and manage data analytics, including quarterly and annual measurements and budget monitoring for demand generation programs to ensure spend is allocated to the highest-performing marketing tactics.
- Ensure websites, landing pages and owned digital channels promote demand generation content and campaigns.
- Oversee the relationship with SEO Agency to implement B2B SEO strategies for Experian Health website, including; on-page optimization, technical SEO, keyword research, competitor analysis, and content strategy.
- Manage PPC and Programmatic marketing strategies alongside Paid Media Agency of record.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and the latest SEO/PPC techniques, and lead new strategies to improve performance.
- Communicate with all relevant partners including sales & marketing teams and IT department to ensure all digital efforts are synced up
- Plan and manage budget across all digital channels and platforms
- Conduct regular site audits and report on keyword (Paid and Earned) metrics and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Analyze site traffic, user behavior, and Sales funnel impact to identify insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with teams, including Content, Design, Product Marketing and corporate Digital Marketing Operations and Engineering, to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into the website.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, or any other related field
- 5 or more years of experience in SEO and Paid Media strategy and execution
- Technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as it relates to website management
- Understanding of on-page optimization, technical SEO, keyword research, site information architecture and internal linking, and content strategy
- Experience with an enterprise CMS; experience with Adobe Experience Manager
- Experience with Eloqua (or equivalent marketing automation tool)
- Experience with keyword research tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz)
- Experience with web and campaign maintenance tools (ScreamingFrog, Google Search Console, Google Ads)
- Experience with Salesforce is required
- Experience with reporting dashboards (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Experience with video platforms (YouTube, Brightcove)
- Desire to grow digital marketing skills and adapt to the market and technology changes
- Familiarity with the AI/GenAI capabilities available in the above-named technologies and best practices in using these capabilities to inform demand generation programs.
- Experience in the provider healthcare industry, encompassing managed care and revenue cycle
