Demand Operations Manager

The role:

We are looking for a technically skilled and analytically minded professional to join our marketing team as our Demand Operations Manager. This role will be at the intersection of marketing, data science, and technology, responsible for building and optimising our demand generation engine. You will leverage data and marketing technology to identify high-potential prospects, create personalised buyer journeys, and provide actionable insights to drive pipeline growth. This position reports to the Marketing Lead and will work closely with sales and marketing teams to build data-driven go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement our intent signal capture framework, transforming digital behaviour into actionable insights
  • Architect lead scoring algorithms that accurately identify and prioritize high-potential accounts across the funnel
  • Engineer automated campaign workflows that deliver personalized experiences based on buyer intent signals
  • Manage end-to-end outbound campaigns from audience selection to execution, continuously optimizing for engagement and conversion
  • Lead the technical integration of our demand generation platforms to create a unified view of customer behavior
  • Build sophisticated analysis models to identify competitive displacement opportunities and market trends
  • Provide insights on opportunity characteristics that lead to successful outcomes and recommend targeting adjustments
  • Analyze advertising performance, content engagement, and messaging effectiveness to determine what resonates with target audiences
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for optimising content, ad creative, and campaign messaging based on performance analysis
  • Perform detailed pipeline analysis, including conversion rates at each stage, velocity metrics, attribution modeling, and ROI calculations
  • Create closed-loop reporting systems that connect marketing activities to pipeline outcomes
  • Scale our demand operations by optimising existing programs and pioneering new approaches
  • Collaborate with go-to-market teams to continuously refine targeting strategies and messaging

About you:

  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation, marketing operations, or similar data-driven marketing roles
  • Proven track record of building and optimising marketing automation workflows
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot)
  • Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in data visualisation tools
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing metrics and pipeline management
  • Experience analysing advertising performance, content effectiveness, and sales opportunity data
  • Analytical mindset with a talent for finding patterns in complex datasets
  • Systems thinking approach to building scalable marketing infrastructure
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of B2B buying processes
  • Creative problem-solver who thrives on turning data into actionable strategies
  • Bias for experimentation with a focus on measurable results

Interview Process:

Our interview process consists of 3 stages:

  • Initial screening: A short introductory call with the hiring manager to discuss your background and experience

  • Technical assessment: A practical exercise to evaluate your analytical skills and marketing automation expertise
