We are currently looking for an experienced Delivery Manager for Gaming with a strong focus on process management and a product ownership mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects and driving continuous process improvements to ensure scalability, efficiency, and alignment with business goals. You will collaborate closely with Producers, Product, Data, Monetization, and Marketing teams to deliver impactful solutions. In addition, you will be expected to act with a product ownership mentality, ensuring that every initiative is delivered with a focus on value creation, customer needs, and strategic impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Project Management: Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from planning to delivery, with a focus on optimizing processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and consistency.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure that projects stay on track.
• Process Execution and Optimization: Continuously analyze, refine, and improve project management processes to ensure optimal efficiency. 
• Facilitation: Use strong facilitation skills to lead meetings, workshops, and discussions, ensuring that teams remain focused and productive throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordination: Ensure smooth coordination between teams and Business Units, aligning project goals and deliverables with broader business strategies and OKRs.
• Stakeholders Management and Reporting: Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and provide clear and transparent reporting on project milestones, risks, and performance metrics.
• Jira Administration: Use Jira to effectively manage and track project tasks, timelines, dependencies, and reporting, driving accountability and transparency across teams.
• OKRs: Manage the OKR system, ensuring that project goals are tied to business objectives. Provide consistent and detailed reporting on OKR progress and monitor process execution.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes, gathering feedback, and implementing lessons learned to optimize future projects.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager, with a strong focus on process management and delivering values.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Ability to think strategically and act with a product mindset.
• Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Advanced expertise with Jira for project management, tracking, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in English, with exceptional reporting and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Certification in Agile and Project Management.
• Work experience in a product company with a data-driven approach.
• Experience in Gaming/AdTech or similar industries would be a plus.
