With this explosive growth comes greater deal complexity, risks, and costs - and the existing technology simply can’t keep up.

At Pactio, we’re building the solution to the industry’s most prominent pain points. What you’ll be doing:

• Own and build strong relationships with new and existing clients to support their goals

• Be the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring open and productive communication

• Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to guide our product strategy and evolve our software based on client feedback

• Support users as they work through the structuring and deal closing process to ensure they get the most out of our software

• Deliver an excellent customer experience, through the use of product demos, onboarding & training, and a seamless feedback loop

• Onboard new clients to fully utilise our software

You should apply if:

• You have tax or accounting experience (ACA or similar), especially in deals, M&A or the private markets space

• You’re an expert at building and maintaining client relationships with a variety of stakeholders

• You’re a self starter who’s able to take ownership over organising their work

• You’re proficient with Excel and can understand complex spreadsheets and data

• You’re motivated, flexible and resilience and able to adapt of a fast paced startup environment

• Has meticulous attention to detail

• You’re an excellent verbal and written communicator

• Holds a numerate degree or demonstrates numeracy skills

Bonus points if:

• You have experience with structuring and / or funds flows

• You have experience in a startup or scaleup
