Now, weβre looking for a Data Analyst to help us build and scale impactful solutions. If youβre passionate about building systems, solving complex problems, and growing your expertise, letβs connect! πΆ
𧩠What Youβll Do:
β
Build & Deploy ML Models: Lead the productization of models using MLOps best practicesβ orchestration, testing, monitoring, and serving.
β
Collaborate on ML POCs: Work with data scientists to create Proof of Concepts for internal and client needs.
β
Optimize Performance: Manage the full ML model lifecycle, improving latency, memory, and throughput.
β
Bridge DS & DE: Act as a bridge between Data Science and Data Engineering, contributing to robust architectures.
β
Stay Curious: Research new tools, frameworks, and practices to keep our solutions state-of-the-art.
β
Knowledge Sharing: Document your findings and share best practices within the team.
Responsibilities π€
β Develop dashboards using BI tools to democratize access to data.
β Find insights in data and derive actionables.
β Act as a pivot between technical and business teams.
β Develop decks and slides to present results.
β Carry out effective meetings, both internally and with clients.
β Participate in defining project roadmaps, timelines, and estimates for new initiatives.
β Document and disseminate industry-leading practices within the organization.
Required Skills π»
β Ability to act as a translator between domain experts, high-level stakeholders, and technical teams.
β Solid SQL knowledge.
β Working understanding of predictive analytics.
β Experience BI solutions, such as Looker, Sigma, Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI, among others.
β Good communication skills, both written and oral.
Nice to have Skills π»
Intermediate Python knowledge.
β Experience using Git for code versioning.
β Quality code Optimization of dashboards for quicker access.
β Any cloud certification is a big plus.
