About the Role

sa.global is looking for a motivated and skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Technical Consultant to join our dynamic consulting team in APAC! You can be located in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, or Singapore. We are seeking individuals with strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC, preferably with experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, who have worked directly with customers on a variety of projects and provided customer support across a range of industries.


Main Responsibilities

  • Hands-on technical implementation and deployment of Microsoft technology, working collaboratively with customer stakeholders to implement and leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power Platform using best development and implementation methodologies.
  • Configuration services to meet the customer's requirements.
  • Develop technical specifications.
  • Develop and customise reports within the Microsoft technology solution.
  • Test and QA developments.
  • Provides pre and post-sales support as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of service estimates and project plans.
  • Providing client support and consultation in Microsoft technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with our Global teams.


Skills and Experience

  • Have practical development exposure in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power Platform.
  • Having at least 4 years of experience in the same field.
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong customer-service orientation and commitment to insuring timely, quality solutions to customer issues.
  • Knowledge of underlying of Microsoft technologies (SQL, Data analysis, reporting services) desirable.
  • Have ability to work in both a team environment and on an individual basis in a motivated manner.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Good documentation skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken in English.
  • Willingness to learn and be challenged.
  • Good presentation and training skills.
  • Constant motivation for learning and development, diligence, and responsible attitude.
  • Ability to resolve problems independently using an analytical approach.
  • Ability to focus on achieving results.
  • Ability to deal with clients in a professional manner.
  • Business processes knowledge of multiple industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a science- or technology-related field (preferred).
  • Microsoft Certifications for Dynamics 365, or Power Platform, or Azure cloud technology would be an advantage.
