We are searching for a passionate Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our growing team and focus on the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their success with our products and driving long-term, sustainable growth within the region.
Format: A combination of remote work and live communication. Work in a flexible hybrid format for Kyiv, remotely for other cities and countries. We provide the necessary equipment for productivity and comfort regardless of your location.
Schedule: You can choose when to start your 8-hour working day (between 8:00 and 10:00 Kyiv time), the main thing is to be in touch and plan time for meetings with colleagues.
Development: We believe that investing in team training is an important factor for business success. Each jouler has an individual fixed budget for personal and professional development.
Health: We provide comprehensive health insurance for everyone who works with us for more than three months. We also offer financial support to cover medical expenses for colleagues abroad. We compensate for consultations with psychologists of the wellbeing service or 50% of the payment for the services of a psychologist chosen by the employee.
Vacations: We offer 24 working days of annual vacation, 6 days for a reboot. This time is necessary for rest and recovery!
