This new position is pivotal in driving customer satisfaction, ensuring strategic engagement, and achieving revenue growth through renewals and upsells. The ideal candidate will adeptly manage relationships across various customer levels, from operational users to executive decision-makers, and will be instrumental in expanding our footprint within existing programs.
