As the Creator Success Manager, you will play a pivotal hybrid role, bridging the gap between the Creator Success Team and the Brand Partnerships Team. You will be responsible for working with our Brand Partnership team to understand brand objectives and translate these into creator-driven campaigns that meet and exceed KPIs. This role will involve sourcing, onboarding, and coaching the right set of creators to deliver impactful results for our brand partners.
As a key point of contact between creators and brands, you’ll ensure that each partnership is strategically aligned with the brand’s vision, optimizing creator selection, campaign execution, and overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Brand Partners: Work closely with the Brand Partnerships Team to understand brand goals, target audiences, and KPIs, ensuring alignment on campaign objectives.
- Source and Onboard Creators: Identify, recruit, and onboard the right creators for each campaign based on the brand’s needs and objectives. Build a diverse roster of talent that aligns with the brand’s voice, aesthetic, and goals.
- Creator Coaching & Relationship Management: Provide ongoing support to creators, ensuring they understand the brand’s requirements and the campaign’s key messages. Coach them on best practices for content creation, engagement, and delivering results.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization: Oversee the successful execution of campaigns, ensuring creators meet deadlines, deliverables, and KPIs. Regularly review campaign performance and work with creators to optimize content for better results.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with both the Creator Success and Brand Partnerships teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze campaign performance data, provide actionable insights to the brand team, and refine strategies for future campaigns.
- Expand the Creator Network: Continuously expand and curate a list of potential new creators for future campaigns based on emerging trends, niche markets, and brand needs.
Key Areas of Focus:
- Sourcing and onboarding creators who can drive meaningful results for brands.
- Ensuring that each campaign aligns with brand goals and delivers measurable outcomes.
- Managing creator relationships, ensuring they feel supported and equipped to succeed.
- Helping creators understand the brand’s unique value proposition and integrating it into their content strategy.
- Tracking and reporting on creator campaign performance and adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
- Facilitating collaboration between the Creator Success Team and the Brand Partnerships Team to deliver best-in-class campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: 3+ years of experience working in talent management, creator partnerships, or a related field (ideally in a talent agency or similar setting).
- Creator Knowledge: A deep understanding of the creator space, including trends, audience engagement, content strategies, and the nuances of building authentic brand relationships with influencers.
- Brand Strategy Understanding: Proven ability to translate brand objectives into actionable creator campaigns that meet KPIs such as engagement, conversions, and brand awareness.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage relationships with both creators and brands effectively.
- Project Management: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams such as sales, product, marketing, and creatives to execute on brand-driven campaigns.
- Data-Driven: Comfort with using data and analytics to assess campaign performance and make strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required. Additional languages are a bonus (especially, German, French, Italian or Spanish).
Preferred Capabilities and Experiences:
- Experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or digital marketing.
- Background working with brands across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or other relevant verticals.
- A passion for emerging trends in the creator economy and influencer marketing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with a focus on results.
- Creative and solution-oriented mindset when it comes to identifying opportunities for brand and creator partnerships.
