Job Overview:

Our client, a fast-growing D2C brand, is looking for a Creative Strategist to bridge creative concepts with performance marketing. In this role, you will develop and execute data-driven creative strategies that enhance brand storytelling, engage audiences, and drive measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  • Creative Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, copywriting, media buying) to conceptualize and produce high-performing creative assets for various D2C channels, including social media, email, landing pages and display ads.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Leverage consumer insights, market research, and performance data to inform creative strategies and optimize campaigns for engagement and conversion.
  • Content Optimization: Conduct A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of creative elements, including headlines, visuals, and call-to-actions. Use findings to iterate and improve asset performance.
  • Campaign Management: Partner with performance marketers to align creative strategies with media buying objectives, ensuring consistency across paid and organic channels.
  • Audience Targeting: Develop creative strategies tailored to specific audience segments, ensuring content is relevant and impactful.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of trends in D2C marketing, social media platforms, and consumer behavior to ensure our creative strategies remain innovative and competitive.
  •  Presentation & Reporting: Present creative concepts, strategies, and performance insights to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations to enhance future campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a creative strategy role within D2C or performance marketing.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative campaigns that drove measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of D2C consumer behavior, trends, and platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable creative insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and strategies to various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in creative tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) is a plus.
