Corporate IT Engineer

We are seeking an entry-level Corporate IT Engineer to join our dynamic IT team at our headquarters in New York City. Reporting directly to the Manager of Corporate IT, this role will involve supporting internal IT systems, managing identity and access, overseeing user onboarding/offboarding processes, and collaborating closely with Information Security to maintain security and compliance standards. Essential Job Duties

    • Administer and support internal IT systems, including cloud services, identity management, and access control (Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD).
    • Manage onboarding/offboarding procedures, including hardware and software provisioning.
    • Support internal security standards and compliance initiatives in collaboration with the Infosec team.
    • Assist with diverse and ongoing IT projects, including cloud migrations, identity access management implementations, and integration of newly acquired businesses.
    • Provide technical support directly to end users, executives, and senior management to ensure high end-user satisfaction.
    • Other duties as assigned by supervisor or HHAeXchange leader.

Travel Requirements

    • Travel up to 10%, including overnight travel

Required Education, Experience, Skills and Attributes

    • Associate degree-level understanding and/or bachelor-level experience (4+ years equivalent) in IT, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • 2-5 years of relevant IT engineering or administration experience.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) administration (required).
    • Proficiency with Office 365 administration.
    • Experience managing Windows Server environments.
    • Understanding of networking basics (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP).
    • Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune, JAMF, Google Workspace).
    • Jira Administration experience (Atlassian certifications a strong plus).
    • Experience with Atlassian products (Confluence, Bitbucket), remote support tools (LogMeIn, Splashtop).
    • Scripting and automation experience with PowerShell, Python, Bash, or other languages.
    • Familiarity with cybersecurity or compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO27001).
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Strong teamwork orientation and adaptability.
    • Proactive, takes initiative, and demonstrates commitment to end-user satisfaction.
    • Ability to standardize and streamline complex workflows.
    • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth. 

Work Environment & Expectations

    • 4 days per week on-site at NYC headquarters; one day remote flexibility.
    • Office hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (occasional after-hours or weekend support).
The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $70,000-80,000 not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
