Content Marketing Manager

Federato’s AI/ML-driven platform leverages deep reinforcement learning to help insurance companies optimize the portfolio of risks they insure, allowing them to continue to provide fair and equitable pricing in difficult-to-price areas. Our category-defining ‘RiskOps’ solution drives better underwriting decisions by operationalizing underutilized data investments and surfacing real-time risk and portfolio insights. We focus on putting insurance underwriters back in the driver’s seat, helping them meet their goals while providing an important service to society.

What you'll be doing

    • Create compelling, high-quality content, including blogs, white papers, case studies, and social media content
    • Partner with the Director of Content to execute the editorial calendar and accelerate content output
    • Collaborate with SEO agency to review and approve/revise recommendations, ensure all blogs are SEO-optimized
    • Work cross-functionally with internal subject matter experts to develop content that addresses various customer personas
    • Manage social media calendar and posting

Who we are looking for

    • 3-5 years experience in a B2B content marketing role
    • Familiarity with SEO principles
    • Excellent writing and storytelling skills
    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Enjoys working independently with little direct oversight
    • Experience with or desire to learn about using generative AI in content marketing
$130,000 - $145,000 a year
Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted $130,000 to $145,000 annually. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above. Total compensation package does include stock options, benefits and additional perks.
