About the Role

Welcome to Brightline!  We are searching for a Full-Cycle Clinical Recruiter to join our growing team. This individual will play a crucial role in building and nurturing our talent pipeline to support our high-growth strategy and mission to redefine mental health for children and their families. In this role, you will focus on recruiting for Mental Health roles across both our growing clinics and virtual team.

Primary responsibilities:  

  • Full-Cycle Clinical Recruiter: Own the full recruitment lifecycle for clinical roles at Brightline, from job requisition to offer acceptance.

  • Source Exceptional Talent: Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline to meet the evolving needs of our business, identifying top-tier candidates for clinical positions.

  • Screen Candidates: Assess candidates not only for their clinical qualifications but also for their alignment with Brightline's mission and values.

  • Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Work closely with hiring managers and clinical leaders to develop targeted hiring plans, create clear candidate profiles, and run efficient and effective recruitment processes.

  • Ensure a Delightful Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional, smooth, and engaging experience for candidates, from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive interaction with Brightline at every step of the recruitment process.

  • Utilize ATS and Sourcing Tools: Leverage Brightline’s ATS (Ashby) to effectively manage requisitions, track candidate workflows, and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Use various sourcing tools and platforms to identify the most effective channels to attract and engage top talent.

  • Continuous Process Improvement: Continuously identify areas for improvement in our recruitment processes, implementing best practices to optimize efficiency, candidate experience, and overall recruitment outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in recruiting licensed and pre-licensed clinicians within the Mental Health field, with a deep understanding of the unique needs and qualifications required for these roles.

  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, successfully managing the evolving demands of a rapidly expanding organization.

  • Experience recruiting for high-volume roles

  • A proven track record of managing multiple roles simultaneously, consistently delivering an outstanding and efficient candidate experience from start to finish.

  • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems to effectively manage requisitions, track candidate workflows, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

  • Proficiency with various sourcing tools and techniques, including social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks, with the ability to identify and leverage the most effective sourcing channels to attract top talent

Compensation Philosophy

At Brightline we have built a total rewards philosophy that includes fair, equitable, competitive, geo-based compensation that is performance and potential based. Our strategy is based on robust market research, including external advisory specializing in national compensation, and thoughtful input from every level of our organization. In compliance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual base salary range for this role for applicants is $85,000- $115,000.
