We are seeking a proactive, driven and curious Client Delivery Associate to join the Delivery  team at Kraken. In this role, you will partner closely with both internal teams and clients on complex migration projects. You will get the chance to work alongside our Client Delivery Leads, Engineers, and Operations experts working as part of a project team to deliver impactful solutions and ensure seamless technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Understand Kraken’s platform, principles of tech delivery, and the client’s business model to drive successful outcomes.
    • Actively collaborate with peers and contribute to team rituals and activities, ensuring  continuous forward momentum. 
    • Build strong relationships with clients counterparts, acting as a knowledgeable ambassador of Kraken Tech, and ensuring clear and effective communication.
    • Take ownership of small feature rollouts or system configuration, from gathering requirements to delivering updates, managing progress, and mitigating risks.
    • Take ownership of exploring client issues. Including undertaking analysis on the platform, using data to scope the issue and drive client actions. 
    • Proactively learn and develop by shadowing internal teams, seeking feedback, and embracing new responsibilities.
    • Utilize key tools (Slack, Asana) to manage tasks, document progress, and report effectively.
    • Independently manage responsibilities, while knowing when to ask for help and share knowledge to benefit the team.
    • Identify potential risks to client outcomes and take proactive steps to address them.

Skills & Qualifications:

    • Technical aptitude and analytical mindset. A natural curiosity and ability to understand not just how to use something but how it works.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage expectations and provide clear updates to clients.
    • Ability to work independently and take initiative, with a strong focus on getting things done.
    • Proactive in learning, problem-solving, and delivering impact within a collaborative team environment.

    • This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, values teamwork and growth, and is eager to make a tangible impact on client success. This role provides the foundation to learn about technical delivery and provides an opportunity to become an expert in a technical domain.

      This role requires office attendance and while flexible is not suited for remote work.
