Role description: We are looking for a Change Management Lead who will join our Change Management & Training team. Your primary goals are to design, lead and drive change programs for high-impact transformations across our Viseven customer portfolio.
The ideal candidate for this role will have demonstrated expertise in change management, particularly in Global-to-Local solution deployments. A strong track record in both change management and communication is essential to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

    • Change Management Strategy & Execution:
    • Work in collaboration with the Account Director & Client Stakeholders to develop and execute a comprehensive Change Management plan based on business outcomes.
    • Lead and manage change strategies for assigned Viseven clients, working closely with customer stakeholders to understand their workflows, objectives, and change requirements.
    • Manage transition phases, aligning change strategies with Viseven’s roadmap and identifying best practices tailored to each client’s needs and culture.
    • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to Viseven and client leadership, positioning change as a driver for enhanced performance and adaptability.
    • Stakeholder Engagement and Alignment:
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to build trust and support for change initiatives, fostering open communication and aligning goals.
    • Lead stakeholder engagement strategies that address concerns and ensure ongoing support through established, effective communication channels.
    • Communication and Training Alignment:
    • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and the internal Learning Solutions team to guide the development and implementation of onboarding programs, training workshops, and supportive resources designed to empower end-users in adopting new processes and systems.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure learning materials effectively align with change objectives, promoting stakeholder readiness and engagement throughout the transformation journey.
    • Change Readiness and Adoption:
    • Assess organizational readiness to implement change programs, tailoring strategies to build preparedness and resilience among teams.
    • Lead the evaluation of change adoption rates, using data and stakeholder feedback to identify resistance and deploy targeted interventions for improved engagement.
    • Ensure continuous stakeholder alignment to reinforce change adoption and program success.
    • Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:
    • Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders to identify areas of improvement, guiding the refinement of future change initiatives.
    • Document best practices, lessons learned, and successful case studies to demonstrate program value and to inform future strategic planning.
    • Drive continuous improvement by integrating lessons learned into Viseven's change management framework and sharing insights across the consulting team.
    • People Management:
    • Lead, coach, and mentor one direct report, providing guidance and professional development to build strong change management expertise and capabilities

Requirements:

    • Proven experience in Change Management.
    • History of being able to manage multiple projects that may overlap or be interlinked when aligning with business requirements.
    • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate team members.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships and engage effectively with stakeholders across the organization, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
    • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Self-starter with a bias for action, ability to bring structure to ambiguity, and build trust-based relationships across the organization.

Will be a competitive advantage:

    • Affinity with enabling technologies for deployment of Campaign and Content at scale, including CRM, Marketing Automation, CMS, and Content Authoring platforms.
    • Experience in the Life Science industry.
    • Experience in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or Omnichannel.
