Requirements
Fluency in English is a must, as you will be communicating with elite customers who are English-speaking.
Previous experience in contact center roles is required, preferably with high-value accounts or VIP clients.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage critical customer interactions.
Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to handle high-pressure situations.
Ability to multitask, with a focus on providing quality service while managing multiple cases simultaneously.
Positive attitude, proactive approach, and the ability to work well under pressure.
The team will be dedicated to servicing high-value customers, so we need candidates who are extra-skilled and experienced in handling sensitive accounts.
Male candidates are preferred due to the nature of the rotational shifts.
On-site attendance is mandatory (remote work is not available except for female employees after 7:00 PM).
