Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with high-value customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality while dealing with sensitive customer data.
  • Offer personalized support to customers, ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver consistent results through high-quality communication.
  • Manage customer queries, complaints, and requests, offering solutions while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Handle escalated cases with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is a must, as you will be communicating with elite customers who are English-speaking.
  • Previous experience in contact center roles is required, preferably with high-value accounts or VIP clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage critical customer interactions.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to multitask, with a focus on providing quality service while managing multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • The team will be dedicated to servicing high-value customers, so we need candidates who are extra-skilled and experienced in handling sensitive accounts.
  • Male candidates are preferred due to the nature of the rotational shifts.
  • On-site attendance is mandatory (remote work is not available except for female employees after 7:00 PM).
