ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development & RevOps Manager to drive growth across our eCommerce and agency client base. This role combines deep expertise in Revenue Operations (RevOps), HubSpot CRM, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) with strong sales acumen and partnership management skills. You’ll be instrumental in optimizing our go-to-market strategy and driving measurable adoption of the Northbeam platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Use RevOps strategies and HubSpot to identify and qualify high-value leads to expand the pipeline.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design and execute ABM campaigns to target strategic eCommerce brands and agencies.
  • Partnership & Agency Development: Foster relationships with marketing agencies to drive adoption through co-marketing, account mapping, and partner enablement.
  • Product Demonstrations: Deliver engaging demos of Northbeam’s attribution and analytics capabilities tailored to customer needs.
  • Sales Enablement: Support the sales team with RevOps insights, collateral, and lead intelligence to boost conversion.
  • Revenue & Performance Tracking: Monitor partner-driven metrics, track campaign ROI, and deliver performance reporting to inform strategic decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to create a seamless experience for clients and partners.

Requirements

Experience

  • 3+ years in Business Development, Sales, or SDR/BDR roles within SaaS, AdTech, or eCommerce.
  • Proven experience implementing RevOps strategies, especially using HubSpot CRM.
  • Track record managing ABM campaigns and agency/partner ecosystems.
  • Solid grasp of SaaS sales processes, ecommerce marketing, and paid media buying.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient with HubSpot, Looker, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other GTM tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • High emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • HubSpot certifications or formal RevOps training a strong plus.
