Business Development Representative, AI & Digital Solutions

Role Summary:

We are looking to add to our dynamic, dedicated, and talented team with a top-notch Business Development Representative with a great work ethic who thrives in organizations that are evolving and integrating AI-powered solutions to redefine what's possible in the digital space.

What You'll Do:

    • Demonstrate the capability to generate $2M in annual revenue
    • Identify potential clients and establish strong relationships
    • Conduct warm and cold calls to prospective clients
    • Schedule and coordinate demonstrations with interested leads for our AI & web solutions
    • Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement
    • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within designated timeframes

What You'll Need - Requirements:

    • Knowledge of sales strategies and industry trends
    • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
    • Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
    • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
    • Ability to work independently while being a team player

Competencies:

    • 3+ years of demonstrated ability selling or building pipeline for web and/or AI solutions
    • Knowledge of HubSpot CRM: Experience running a sales pipeline that coordinates and accurately supervises sales activities, customer interactions, and other signals key to generating predictable, efficient, and effective revenue (preferred)
    • Knowledge of PandaDoc quoting software (preferred)
    • Experience developing and driving effective account planning strategies to identify key decision-makers, understand customer needs, and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
    • Ability to consider prospects needs to recommend specific services that will best address customer problems and concerns.
    • Adaptable to changing situations and priorities, you thrive in a dynamic sales landscape.

$55,000 - $70,000 a year
This position is commission eligible.
