Business Development Representative

Our client, a rapidly expanding tech company in the U.S. commercial real estate sector, is building a new Supply Growth Team and looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join their ranks. In this role, you’ll engage with real estate professionals — including agents, brokers, owners, and investors — primarily over the phone to verify listing details, update CRM records, and cultivate industry relationships. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable insights into the U.S. commercial real estate market while contributing to a growing, high-potential team. Success in this role requires being confident, personable, and naturally conversational — not tied to a script.

Note: This position is open to candidates across Latin America!

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to real estate professionals to confirm and update listing information in the CRM.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, owners, and investors through meaningful, unscripted conversations.

  • Gather insights on past listings, assess current market activity, and ensure data accuracy.

  • Communicate professionally with both external partners and internal teams, aligning all interactions with the brand’s voice.

  • Collaborate with team members and management to refine outreach strategies and continuously enhance data quality.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a BDR or SDR in U.S. software or commercial real estate tech is a plus but not required.

  • Strong English proficiency, both spoken and written, is essential.

  • Comfortable using CRM tools to manage data and execute outreach campaigns.

  • Prior exposure to commercial real estate is helpful, but a willingness to learn and understand the industry is just as valuable.

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, reliable, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
