Our client, a rapidly expanding tech company in the U.S. commercial real estate sector, is building a new Supply Growth Team and looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join their ranks. In this role, you’ll engage with real estate professionals — including agents, brokers, owners, and investors — primarily over the phone to verify listing details, update CRM records, and cultivate industry relationships. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable insights into the U.S. commercial real estate market while contributing to a growing, high-potential team. Success in this role requires being confident, personable, and naturally conversational — not tied to a script.

Key Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to real estate professionals to confirm and update listing information in the CRM.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, owners, and investors through meaningful, unscripted conversations.
Gather insights on past listings, assess current market activity, and ensure data accuracy.
Communicate professionally with both external partners and internal teams, aligning all interactions with the brand’s voice.
Collaborate with team members and management to refine outreach strategies and continuously enhance data quality.
Qualifications
Experience as a BDR or SDR in U.S. software or commercial real estate tech is a plus but not required.
Strong English proficiency, both spoken and written, is essential.
Comfortable using CRM tools to manage data and execute outreach campaigns.
Prior exposure to commercial real estate is helpful, but a willingness to learn and understand the industry is just as valuable.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, reliable, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
