What Will You Do as a Business Development Executive?
- Client Interaction & Support: You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their experience with us is both positive and professional. You’ll handle customer questions, requests, and complaints with the utmost care and efficiency, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
- Inbound Sales Calls: Conduct inbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers, generating new business and upselling our products and services. Your role will be crucial in helping clients understand the benefits of our offerings and guiding them through their purchasing journey.
- Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting: You’ll qualify and assess leads, transfer calls, and arrange appointments for the sales team, ensuring a strong and well-organised pipeline. Additionally, you will schedule paid consultations for our solicitors. Your proactive follow-up with leads and clients will be essential in fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product & Service Expertise (full training will be provided): Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services so you can effectively communicate their benefits to customers. Your knowledge will be instrumental in building trust and confidence with our clients.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our clients feel heard, valued, and supported at every stage of their journey with us.
