Job Description
You will be responsible for managing the inbound and outbound sales channel for our customer segment, recruitment agencies, building trust & rapport with new prospects and understanding needs & tailoring a solution to match.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect, nurture and grow SEEK’s web managed Recruiter clients via targeted outbound campaigns, identifying new product and upsell opportunities
- Be responsible for the onboarding experience of new customers, including superior service execution and ensuring these customers are set up for success
- Source a pipeline of prospective leads ensuring a continual funnel of new opportunities into the recruiter segment
- Achieve set sales targets and KPI’s which could include contract value and volume, acquisition, growth, and client satisfaction
- Re-engage inactive Recruitment agency customers & design strategies to ‘win back’ their business
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product solutions to be the trusted sourcing partner to our clients
- Facilitate & run client product demonstrations where applicable.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated Recruitment, Sales, Account Management OR Business Development experience
- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience working in a Recruitment Agency environment is preferred, but not essential
- Experience in a hunting or pure business development role
- Be a team player, encouraging, helpful and cooperative
- Ability to build rapport quickly and easily over the phone
- Be commercially astute, ability to source leads, think outside the square
- Enjoy developing data driven strategies with customers.
