Your Team & Role
Join Zadara’s dynamic team as a Business Applications Technical Lead, where you’ll play a key role in optimizing our Business applications. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll design solutions, improve automation, and enhance system performance to support our Sales organization. If you’re a problem-solver with a passion for driving change and improving business processes, this role is for you!

Your day to day

    • Act as Business partner to Sales and Finance groups
    • Have a key role in improving the company business process
    • Design the Solution in Salesforce and other sales applications (i.e., DealHub, Titan)
    • Improve automation (Lightning Flows) and system performance
    • Provide end-user training and guides for the Sales applications
    • Responsible for ongoing Salesforce Administration tasks

What you bring

    • Bachelor’s Degree in industrial engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field of study
    • Salesforce Certified Administrator (advantage)
    • Significant experience in Salesforce Administration and Configuration (3-5 years)
    • Experience in managing Salesforce projects (2+ years)
    • Deep understanding of business processes and analysis, especially sales and support.
    • Ability to define Architecture and solution based on Salesforce best practices.
    • Fluent in English

Your education

    • Bachelor’s Degree in industrial engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field of study.
