Responsibilities

  • This part time role will require 5-15 hours per week, depending on time of year.
  • Manage and maintain company financial records including invoices, receipts, and transactions.
  • Assist with accounts payable
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
  • Prepare and process payroll for staff accurately and on time.
  • Generate financial reports to provide insights on business performance.
  • Streamline the role to improve financial processes and efficiencies.
  • Support the CEO and Leadership team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role, preferably in eCommerce.
  • Experience with Australian bookkeeping and Australian clients
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Xero and Microsoft Excel.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Fibre internet connection and productive office setup with all equipment

The Hourly rate of pay for this role is:
PHP 434 per hour
VND 186,000 per hour
MYR 35 per hour
