Automation Specialist, Crowd and Delivery Automations
We are looking for an Automation Specialist to join our Crowd Solutions organization. Reporting to a Project Manager, this role is instrumental in driving our automation initiatives, identifying key areas for process improvement, and developing state-of-the-art automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and the contributor experience. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of the latest automation technologies, a proven track record in successful automation application, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Automation Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Crowd and Delivery organizations to develop a comprehensive automation strategy that supports our business objectives, identifies cost optimization opportunities, and integrates current market trends.
- Process Identification for Automation: Analyse existing workflows within the Crowd and Delivery organizations to identify processes that can benefit from automation, aiming to improve efficiency and the overall contributor experience.
- Automation Solution Design: Take the lead in designing and implementing automation solutions that streamline operations, reduce manual intervention, and enhance the accuracy and speed of project execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to understand their workflows and challenges, ensuring that automation solutions are customized to meet diverse business needs.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously monitor the effectiveness of deployed automation solutions, gather user feedback, and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance and operational efficiency.
- Training and Support: Create and conduct comprehensive training sessions and provide continuous support to teams adopting new automated processes, ensuring smooth integration and maximization of new tools and systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project management, with a specific focus on automation or process improvement.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or JavaScript, and the ability to use these skills in developing or integrating automation solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional projects and collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to train and support team members in adopting new systems and processes.
- A track record of successfully implementing automation solutions that have significantly improved efficiency and effectiveness.
