Summary:

The Associate II, Data Operations is responsible for managing the daily operational tasks, supporting business needs and developing best practices and efficiencies. The range of duties will include custom segment setup and data activation, report preparation, troubleshooting and providing solutions and advice from a technical feasibility standpoint. This role will be the expert and go-to-person in providing solutions to clients based on their goals and requirements.

Essential Key Responsibilities

    • Data expert in specific area(s).
    • Perform platform UI setup configurations in D&B internal systems and data connectivity platform like LiveRamp.
    • Manage data collection from multiple sources to curate and ensure data flow to platform partners.
    • Work with Data Operations Team members across border to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
    • Monitor and report on platforms data flow to ensure the system is operating correctly.
    • Maintain an accurate and updated status in ticketing system.
    • Support internal stakeholders and external supply and platform clients with data expertise.
    • Document new integrations and processes.

Essential Skills and/or Certifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Business Management, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience.
    • 2 - 5 years of experience, preferably in the advertising/ publishing industry.
    • Good Understanding of advertising platforms and data suppliers’ business.
    • Basic understanding of digital and programmatic advertising landscape would be an advantage
    • Basic knowledge of Javascript and SQL would be preferrable.
    • Ability to work independently and with diverse teams, in a dynamic environment, as part of a global team while maintaining a high level of productivity and managing multiple priorities.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills.
