As an Associate Account Manager at Cprime, you will manage a portfolio of existing accounts, focusing on maintaining strong, long-term partnerships. You will collaborate with internal teams—such as solution design, delivery, and licensing—to identify opportunities for growth and expansion. In this role, you will focus on understanding clients’ evolving needs and aligning Cprime’s offerings to deliver value.
Success will be measured by your ability to develop strategic account plans, maintain regular communication, and contribute to the growth of Cprime’s presence across multiple service lines.
$65,000 - $75,000 a year
Compensation at Cprime varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Cprime provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, or Washington as set forth above.
This is a commission based role with split being approximately 70/30 with on target earnings around 100K.

Parental Leave: Cprime provides four (4) weeks of paid parental leave if certain eligibility requirements are met.
Retirement Plans: Cprime offers the opportunity to participate in our 401(K) plan. Employees are eligible to enroll thirty (30) days after their official start date. A company match may be offered annually on a discretionary basis if certain eligibility requirements are met.
Other Compensation: You will also be eligible for commissions on top of base salary depending on performance. Cprime provides a monthly cell phone stipend and an annual health and wellness stipend to all full-time employees.
