Join Aprio's Finance team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for an Assurance Administrator to join their dynamic team. 

Position responsibilities:

    • Communicate with multiple audiences (i.e., partners, team members, and clients) verbally and in writing. 
    • Manage complex calendars and coordinate appointments, meetings and conference calls.
    • Handle professionally sensitive and confidential business matters and assist with special projects.
    • Act as a resource for partners and team members.
    • Team player with a positive attitude and works well with multiple personality types.
    • Effectively manage competing priorities.
    • Strong commitment to completion of tasks and meeting strict deadlines.
    • Take accountability for work product.
    • Work independently and with quick turnarounds.
    • Manage competing priorities.
    • Balance multiple objectives and perform successfully under pressure.
    • Follow instruction in compliance with firm policy requirements and adhere to an existing set of rules and standards.

Qualifications:

    • 2 years' experience as an assistant to multiple partners at medium/large group in a professional organization 
    • 1 year as assistant, 1 year as full EA (or related/applicable experience) 
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills 
    • Ability to learn quickly and implement new software technology 
    • Proficient in multiple calendar management
