We seek a highly skilled Application Support Team Lead with in-depth technical expertise in SharePoint to drive implementations, manage a support team, and interact with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, leadership capabilities, and a balance of technical proficiency and cost-effectiveness.

What you’ll need to be successful:

    • 5+ years of experience in SharePoint administration, development, or support.
    • 2+ years of experience leading an application support or technical team.
    • Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2016/2019, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
    • Hands-on experience with SharePoint configurations, permissions, workflows, and integrations.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services, OneDrive, and Teams integration with SharePoint.
    • Experience in troubleshooting performance issues, managing updates, and handling migrations.
    • Strong understanding of SQL Server, Active Directory, and security best practices.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
    • Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar technologies).
