Amazon FBA Manager for E-commerce (Asia-Based/Remote)

The client is looking for a high level manager that will oversee important aspects of the business in Supply Chain, Advertisement, Communication and Managing Employees.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining healthy inventory levels by placing frequent and calculated new orders.
- Overseeing shipments from our suppliers to Amazon and making sure they complete smoothly.
- Managing communication with our suppliers and shipping agents in a kind way that allows us to maintain a healthy relationship with them.
- Managing and optimizing the business’s Amazon PPC (Amazon’s advertisement platform) campaigns according to the founders’ philosophy.
- Delegating tasks and overseeing the performance of 2 Amazon specialists, and multiple other employees that work in different sections of the business.
Requirements
- Perfect spoken and written English (We demand professional language and attention to typos and grammar mistakes)
- Ability to hold to deadlines and inform us when unable to. In our company your word holds immense importance, if you say you’re going to do something by a certain time, we expect you to.
- Ability to demand from employees, while maintaining a positive and kind relationship. There’s a delicate balance between demanding, and remaining a warm person employees can talk to. This requires a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Ability to commit to a full time job, 6 days a week (Mon-Sat), while accepting the fact that sometimes urgent scenarios may arise during Sunday and will require you to be available.
