🚀 What You'll Do

As a Digital Media Manager, you'll lead the charge in driving Amazon success. You’ll work closely with brands to translate business goals into powerful media strategies, while also collaborating with creative and performance teams to ensure every campaign hits the mark.

  • Develop and execute Amazon advertising strategies that elevate brand visibility and sales through Sponsored Ads.
  • Manage Amazon brand accounts, owning performance KPIs and building lasting relationships with brand stakeholders.
  • Partner with clients daily, aligning business goals with media execution and translating insights into actionable plans.
  • Lead campaign management from end to end: keyword research, bid strategy, budget optimization, and A/B testing.
  • Oversee creative direction for Product Detail Pages (PDPs) and Brand Stores, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
  • Analyze and report performance, generating clear insights through data visualization and regular reporting.
  • Stay ahead of trends, applying the latest best practices from Amazon and the digital media industry.

🧠 What You'll Bring

We’re looking for a strategic thinker with strong execution skills—someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can deliver results for clients while managing multiple moving parts.

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Amazon advertising (Sponsored Ads, brand stores, PDPs, etc.)
  • Experience managing accounts either in-house or within digital marketing agencies (5–7 years).
  • English proficiency at a C1 level—you’ll interact with global teams and clients daily.
  • Strong understanding of the Amazon marketplace, KPIs, and ad platform mechanics.
  • Excellent client management and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to turn data into clear actions and strategy.
  • Experience with media tools for campaign analysis and data visualization is a big plus.
