We are seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy AI-Powered Resume Writer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage AI tools and technology to create impactful, tailored resumes for clients. You will work closely with individuals to understand the professional image they want to project and deliver solutions that resonate with hiring managers and recruiters. This role requires a strong understanding of multiple industries, and the ability to work efficiently using AI as a primary resource.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use AI tools and software to create professional, results-driven resumes and career documents efficiently.
  • Apply expertise in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition to align resumes with industry expectations.
  • Ensure resumes are tailored to various industries, showcasing versatility and depth of understanding.
  • Make quick, confident decisions to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations, ensuring deliverables are completed within a two-day turnaround.  
  • Maintain knowledge of current recruiting and hiring trends across multiple industries.


Qualifications:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in resume writing, coaching, HR, recruiting, recruiting sales, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in AI tools and an understanding of how to integrate technology into resume development.
  • Strong familiarity with the recruiting and talent acquisition landscape, including working with hiring managers and gaining results.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Experience across multiple industries is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.
