AI Creative Manager

A leading digital growth consultancy is looking for an AI Creative Manager who can produce scroll‑stopping static ads and conversion‑ready landing pages — without handing a single file to a human designer. You’ll wield cutting‑edge generative‑AI tools (like ChatGPT images and internal software) as your creative partners to output hundreds of high‑impact assets each week.                 

They’re looking for a visionary who’ll own the entire creative life‑cycle end‑to‑end—from intake and concepting to asset delivery, testing, and iteration. This is a unique opportunity to work with a US-based company and to join a forward-thinking team that partners with ambitious brands to deliver impactful, measurable marketing strategies.                

What You'll Do

    • Client & Brief Intake – Jump on a Zoom/Slack kickoff, extract brand voice, positioning, and target‑audience insights, then translate them into tight creative briefs or prompt libraries.        
    • Concept & Copy – Draft thumb‑stopping headlines, descriptions, hooks, CTAs, and landing‑page copy that marry brand story with direct‑response principles.                    
    • Generate Visuals – Use AI image and video generators to create original, on‑brand static banners, UGC‑style short‑form videos, and lightweight landing‑page layouts—iterating rapidly until they feel handcrafted.                 
    •  Assemble & Final‑Polish – Polish using AI; ensure every asset meets spec (sizes, aspect ratios, compression) for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic placements.             
    • Creative Testing & Analytics – Launch multivariate ad sets, monitor creative‑level KPIs (CTR, CVR, thumb‑stop rate, hold rate), slice results, declare winners/losers, and feed insights back into the next creative sprint.                  
    • Process & Asset Management – Keep a living library of prompts, templates, and winning assets; document your playbooks so we can scale creative production without bottlenecks.           
    • Collaboration & Communication – Present concepts and results clearly to clients and internal stakeholders, accept feedback with grace, and push back when data tells a different story.          

What You Need

    • 3+ years creating performance‑driven ad creatives (paid social, programmatic display, or CRO‑focused landing pages).                   
    • Demonstrated portfolio of AI‑generated visuals/videos that met or beat performance goals.         
    • Fluency with at least two major image generators (Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Firefly) and one AI‑video tool (Runway, Pika, Synthesia, etc.).                 
    • Conversion‑copywriting chops—you can write concise, persuasive copy and hook variety without sounding robotic.                   
    • Comfort with prompt engineering, rapid iteration, and light post‑production in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Express.                     
    • Data‑driven mindset—you know creative KPIs cold, can set up logical A/B tests, and can explain results in plain English.                  
    • Self‑management & prioritization—you thrive on autonomy, can juggle multiple clients, and still hit aggressive weekly output targets.               
    • Clear, upbeat communication on Zoom, Loom, Slack, and in docs—English proficiency required.                       
    • Bonus points for: experience in B2B SaaS or fintech, basic automation/scripting (Python, Zapier, Make), or knowledge of growth‑marketing funnels. 

Salary & Perks

    • Competitive Salary.                
    • This is a full-time, long-term position.                  
    • The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement.                 
    • Work from home.                 
    • Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (+/- 2 hours accepted) - PST.
