Job Description:
Our Agile Enablement Specialist will play a key role in driving agile transformation across teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and enhancing our technology teams’ delivery capabilities. This remote position will work closely with teams, leaders, and stakeholders to ensure agile principles, frameworks, and best practices are effectively implemented and sustained.
This role will collaborate with global teams across North America, Europe, and LATAM, requiring strong communication and facilitation skills.
What You'll Do:
- Guide teams, managers, and leadership on agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, etc.) and best practices.
- Assess current agile maturity levels and develop tailored coaching strategies.
- Facilitate the adoption of agile mindsets, values, and behaviors across the organization.
- Work with leadership to establish a culture of psychological safety, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Support teams in improving their agile practices, ceremonies, and workflows.
- Identify and remove impediments to team efficiency and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and feedback loops.
- Help scale agile practices across multiple teams, ensuring alignment and coordination.
- Support the implementation of cross-functional collaboration and value stream optimization.
- Introduce and refine metrics to track agile adoption, team performance, and business impact.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and coaching engagements on agile principles and frameworks.
- Facilitate key agile events such as planning, backlog refinement, and team retrospectives.
- Provide ongoing learning opportunities for teams and individuals.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the department/company.
What You'll Need:
- 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Agile Practitioner in a SaaS or technology-driven company.
- Deep knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, and Lean.
- Proven track record of successfully driving agile transformations and improving throughput at team and organizational levels.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Experience working with global, cross-functional teams across different time zones.
- Familiarity with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, etc.).
- Strongly preferred Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), ICAgile Certified Professional – Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
