Acting teacher - Voice AI trainer
Join our clients' innovative team as an Acting Teacher – Voice AI Trainer. In this role, you will blend your expertise in expressive vocal modulation and audio direction with advanced AI technology to help develop the next generation of voice-driven tutoring tools. Work remotely with a dynamic team on a cutting-edge audio description mini-pilot project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with AI developers to enhance voice recognition and synthesis capabilities.
- Provide expert guidance on a wide variety of accents and regional dialects for AI voice training purposes.
- Lead intensive voice coaching sessions, emphasizing dialect accuracy and expressive speech.
- Evaluate and refine AI-generated audio outputs for clarity, authenticity, and consistency.
- Develop comprehensive training materials and exercises for AI voice modulation and inflection.
- Assist in the iterative testing and optimization of the AI's accent and dialect performance.
- Document training progress, findings, and recommendations for the wider development team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a professional acting teacher, voice coach, or voice acting instructor.
- Demonstrated expertise in a broad range of accents and regional dialects.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, care, and precision.
- Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Experience in voice directing for diverse performance-based projects.
Nice to have:
- Background in AI, speech technology, or technology-driven voice projects.
- Awareness of trends and best practices in voice synthesis, speech technology, and AI learning.
- Experience developing detailed, structured voice training modules or curriculum.
