👋 Hi, I’m Rachael - Director of Risk here at Dwolla and I’m looking for an experienced ACH Risk Management Specialist to join our fast-paced team.
Here is what you can expect to work on in this critical role on my team:
The primary responsibilities for this role focus on managing ACH-related risk. You can expect to spend about 65% of your time responding to Proof of Authorization (POA) requests and collaborating with clients to obtain Written Statement of Unauthorized Debit (WSUD) forms and Letters of Indemnity (LOIs) when necessary. You’ll also spend about 20% of your time monitoring and reporting and the remaining 15% of your time on risk mitigation and compliance activities and client support.

$68,900 - $128,900 a year
Dwolla anticipates the salary range for this position is between $68,900 - $128,900. We want to emphasize that compensation decisions are dependent on a number of candidate-specific factors such as relevant work experience, education, licensure/certifications, geographic location, etc and the salary awarded will be finalized at the time of offer.
