Account Services Representative

Job Description

The Account Services Representative (ASR) supports the Sales Team in reaching their monthly and annual goals. They provide administrative support to the Sales Team to curate a positive experience for our customers. The primary responsibilities of the ASR include gathering customer information via the phone and email, connecting them with the right resources, and facilitating the sales process by creating quotes and invoices. This is a full-time position with remote, hybrid and on-site opportunities available.

Responsibilities

    • Provides excellent customer service in a fast paced, high volume setting
    • Promptly responds to customer requests and inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
    • Prepares and edits quotes for customers
    • Conducts daily customer outreach via phone and email to follow up on open quotes or as requested by Account Executives
    • Gathers details from customers including licensing information and software needs
    • Schedules meetings and demos for customers, and occasionally attends meetings and makes follow up calls as needed
    • Maintains accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
    • Quote pipeline maintenance, ensures expired quotes are followed up on
    • Creates spreadsheets and documents notes and licenses and location
    • Maintains data integrity in CRM, keeping account and contact information up to date and accurate
    • Collaborates internally with multiple divisions as needed

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Communications is a plus
    • 1-2 years experience in a sales or customer service role
    • Experience with a sales CRM software i.e. Salesforce, Hubspot, Freshsales, etc.
    • Strong Excel skills are preferred
    • Excellent communication skills via the phone, email and face to face
    • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word/Excel and email platforms i.e. Gmail
    • Self-starter and able to maintain strong self-motivation
    • Highly organized and strong attention to detail
    • Able to multi-task and juggle projects for multiple team members, while staying focused and completing goals by their deadlines
    • Positive outlook with strong professional etiquette
    • Quick-learner with the ability to utilize resources and navigate through documents
$55,000 - $55,000 a year
Pay
Based on the Sacramento region, the new hires target salary for this role is $55k. This role will be paid hourly and is eligible for a bonus.

Inductive Automation’s ranges are market-driven and set to allow for flexibility. Although it is not typical for an individual to start at the top end of the range for the position, compensation decisions are dependent on: the facts and circumstances of each case, work location, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs.
