You’re an incredible relationship builder with meticulous attention-to-detail and an entrepreneurial spirit.
You embody empathy and an action-oriented approach. Building relationships at work gives you energy and motivation, and you’re able to grow rapport while driving client outcomes efficiently and effectively. You’re detail-oriented, able to listen thoughtfully to stakeholders, and execute projects from start to finish.
You love building multi-media content with no-code tools that helps farmers navigate farm financial incentive programs.
You are excited to dig in and create content that drives outcomes for farmers and enterprise clients, whether that's intuitive forms and surveys to collect farmer data in painless ways, or blog posts and educational modules that help farmers gain trust in USDA resources. You're not afraid to dive in and create!
You're comfortable diving into details and rolling up your sleeves to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, and you can work with software engineering teams to ensure product outcomes.
You know how to gather requirements from clients and use these requirements to influence product development. You love working across disciplines, and you’re able to engage in technical product conversations to further the engineering team’s understanding of client needs. You like to get your hands dirty using no-code tools to create solutions for clients, and you can help develop tech-enabled workflows to amplify the product’s impact. You’re able to translate technical information into actionable and digestible insights for clients. You might even be excited about product management as a longer-term career trajectory.
You’re all-in on what it means to help FarmRaise grow and succeed.
You care about goal posts, data, and exhibit impeccable attention to detail and a strong outcomes orientation (you know the most important metrics to measure, you track your progress against these, and iterate on the fly). You can drive scrappy outcomes with minimal guidance or “big company” resources. You have worked in resource-constrained environments in the past with great success.
While you’re an outstanding individual contributor, you are also highly team-oriented and motivated to help FarmRaise grow. Your fingerprints will not only be on the FarmRaise product, but also across our business strategy and team culture as your voice and leadership influence FarmRaise’s trajectory.
You’re eager to grow enterprise traction at FarmRaise by supporting our enterprise sales function and closing deals.
You’re ready to collaborate with the COO on enterprise pricing and packaging deals. You love to share product recommendations based on what it will take to close FarmRaise’s largest deals. You can analyze product metrics to understand the signals of adoption and up-sell opportunity. You love researching target personas and building repeatable playbooks across segments, and translate the learnings to others when we scale. And, most importantly, you’re motivated to drive a robust top of funnel pipeline and close deals.
Note: we consider applicants of all backgrounds. If you are excited about what we’re building but don't meet some of the criteria below, please don’t let that discourage you from applying.
