Account Manager & SDR

Our brand is getting more and more trust and customers, and hence we're looking for an Account Manager & SDR to join the team. 

This role is client-facing as well as internally you'll work and lead a team of 4-5 Researchers helping you execute the strategy on your projects. 

You will receive regular daily support from a Team Lead, client Launch Manager, and Co-Founder/CEO. Plus, since our team works closely across all departments, you can build relationships and ask for help from anyone in the company or other companies in the Belkins group.

What You’ll Do:

    • Serve as the key point of contact and manage 4-5 different projects.
    • Oversee an average of 3-4 campaign launches per project per month, requiring proficiency in copywriting and template creation.
    • Manage client communication, including weekly calls, email recaps to clients, and internal updates to the team.
    • Lead and provide guidance to the Research Team and 4-5 colleagues working on your projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
    • Handle an average of 2-3K contact imports per project per month, aiming for 5 appointments per project—requiring familiarity with managing a significant volume of mailboxes and responses.
    • Co-create strategies, develop new campaign ideas, and refine tactics based on insights from ongoing projects, ensuring the team stays on schedule for execution.
    • Generate weekly reports, enter all required data into the CRM and spreadsheets, and utilize other necessary tools for outreach and account management.

You’re Our Kind of Person If You:

    • Speak English Fluently or Advanced Level (B2/C1/C2); 
    • Have a minimum of 3 years experience in Lead Gen space, launching campaigns, writing templates, booking appointments, testing different ICPs and tactics;
    • Have a minimum of 1 year of experience working directly with clients, managing the day-to-day communication, execution and strategy;
    • Have experience working in dynamic, fast-moving environments (startup alike) being ready to push through, stay disciplined and organized, and use this chance to step up as a leader and grow;
    • Led projects and teams where you have people working on different tasks and making sure that overall execution of strategy is on schedule;
    • Faced with campaigns in highly competitive industries with low KPIs and yet found a way to think critically about each situation, dive deeper, curiously find fresh new facts, and use this intel to adjust campaigns.
