Cognia is Hiring: 2 Account Managers (Lead, Deal and Account Manager)

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Lead, Deal and Account Managers to join our team and help drive revenue growth through meaningful client relationships and impactful deals.

As the Deal Driver:
- Use your consultative sales expertise to engage with senior legal leaders, position Cognia’s value proposition, and secure new business opportunities.
- Partner with Cognia’s Leadership Team, subject matter experts, and delivery teams to qualify leads, shape solutions, and drive deals to successful closure.
- Own the sales process from start to finish, managing touchpoints, developing compelling proposals, and ensuring a seamless experience for prospective clients.
- Play an active role in drafting contracts, navigating commercial discussions, and securing multi-year legal managed services deals.
As an Account Manager:
- Be the trusted relationship manager for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional client service and driving revenue growth.
- Collaborate with delivery teams and subject matter experts to provide solutions that exceed client expectations.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, ensuring measurable business objectives are achieved.
- Stay ahead of the competition, identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships and win new business.
What We’re Looking For:
- A proven track record of converting leads into revenue and driving new business growth.
- A deep understanding of client needs, with the ability to build strong relationships and engage senior stakeholders both online and in person.
- A creative, results-driven mindset with the confidence to try new tactics, learn quickly, and adapt strategies to achieve success.
- Exceptional communication and objection-handling skills, with a knack for closing deals.
- Proficiency in software tools like MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems, and the ability to learn new tools with ease.
- Knowledge of the Legal/Professional Services or ALSP market is a strong advantage.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week in our London office, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining 2 days.
