What You'll Do
Follow a daily work schedule (9AM - 5PM CST) and participate in weekly meetings about the progress of outlined goals
Work with Sales Development Representative to handle successful transition of qualified leads and convert to customers.
Service existing accounts, obtain orders and establish new accounts through planning and executing a daily work schedule
Work with Sr. Account Manager to coordinate sales efforts within the territory
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Maintain business revenue and profitability targets
Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
Work with Customer Service team to resolve any customer issues in a timely manner
Become a product and industry expert, constantly learning about your customers, the political climate, and our competitors
Supplies management with information regarding customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and servicesParticipate in trade shows
Who You Are:
2+ years experience in Sales specific role in comparable industries
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
Strong closing and prospecting skills
Goal focused with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create results driven, team-oriented environments.
Proficiency in BrightPearl or similar ERP and CRM software (SalesHub preferred): including reporting and bulk order management
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Has strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
