We are on the lookout for a talented Pre-Market Account Executive who's not just skilled but brings a bit of "edge" to the table. In this role, you'll be responsible for selling Greenlight Guru’s eQMS solutions to early-stage Medical Device companies with fewer than 100 employees. You will do this by closing leads from our Sales Development (SDR) team, partner network, and your own outbound sourcing efforts. As someone with a deep knowledge of both Medical Device regulations and the challenges of an early-stage start-up, you will be well positioned to serve as a thought leader to prospects; enabling you to lead them through a proactive and prescriptive sales process. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Sell Greenlight Guru’s eQMS software to early-stage medical device companies with fewer than 100 employees.  
  • Convert inbound leads from Sales Development, partners, and your own outbound sourcing efforts into signed customer contracts.  
  • Follow a proven sales process and qualification methodology to manage your pipeline with urgency and professionalism.
  • Exceed quota every month by mastering our value proposition and engagement process.
  • Work cross-functionally throughout the organization to ensure a best-in-class experience throughout the customer life cycle.
  • Participate in company-sponsored events and trade shows.
  • Obtain and maintain an in-depth understanding of the market, customers, and competition.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of quota carrying B2B SaaS software sales
  • Excellent communication skills including facilitation of meetings (remote and in person), presentations, product demos, and negotiations
  • Clear track record of managing complex sales opportunities via effective discovery, qualification, objection handling, and solution-selling skills
  • Willingness to be an active part of a collaborative team environment; challenging and sharing new ideas.
  • Highly motivated and goal-driven with a proven track record in exceeding quota.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and planning skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Competitive spirit.
  • Experience selling to the medical device space or in regulated industries is preferred but not required

This role can be located within commutable distance of Atlanta or Boston. The base salary range for this role is $63,000 - $80,000, though actual base salary is determined by factors such as, but not limited to, experience, education, skills, and geographic location. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation and equity.
