  • Sales Partnership: Collaborate with account executives to align marketing strategies with sales goals, co-developing approaches that resonate with specific stakeholders at top-tier/Fortune 500 brands.
  • Cross-Sell/Upsell: Identify and capitalize on cross-sell and upsell opportunities within identified existing accounts and partner with sales in creating campaigns that showcase the value of expanding their partnership with Forter.
  • Creative Campaign Development: Leverage your creativity in partnering with the broader marketing team (events, design and content teams) to create engaging and innovative marketing programs, including bespoke events, personalized content, and digital experiences, to capture attention and drive engagement.
  • Collaboration with ABX Team: Work alongside a supportive and dynamic team of ABX managers to brainstorm, share insights, and elevate Forter’s overall account-based marketing strategy.

  • Performance Measurement: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimize and improve results continuously.
  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies and ensure Forter remains a leader in the space.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 5+ years in marketing, sales, or customer-facing roles such as ABM, SDR/BDR, sales, or customer success.
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build trust and rapport with cross-functional teams, prospects, and customers.
  • Organization: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creativity: A creative thinker with a track record of developing unique and impactful marketing programs.
  • Collaboration: Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and a natural ability to align sales and marketing efforts.
  • Analytical Skills: Comfortable using data to measure success, report on ROI, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and ABM tools (e.g. 6sense, Ceros, PathFactory, Miro) is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of eCommerce, SaaS, or fraud prevention industries is a bonus.
