Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive Operations and Business Finance Manager to oversee daily operations, improve organizational processes, and manage financial planning and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business operations and finance, with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for driving efficiency and financial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor operational systems, processes, and policies to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
  • Collaborate with team leads to optimize resource allocation and productivity.
  • Analyze operational performance and recommend improvements to meet organizational goals.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and compliance.

Financial Management:

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial health of the organization.
  • Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Collaborate with external accountants/auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Strategic Planning and Reporting:

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the leadership team based on operational and financial data.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans for business growth and sustainability.
  • Create financial models to evaluate the potential impact of business decisions.

Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Work closely with senior leadership to align operational and financial goals with the company’s vision.
  • Support cross-departmental projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and measurable results.
  • Train and mentor team members on operational and financial best practices.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master’s degree or CPA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business operations and financial management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, budgeting, and financial planning tools.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial and operational software tools (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Excel, or similar).
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
