Job Overview: 

They are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join their dynamic and growing team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across a variety of roles to drive the business forward. This remote role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and aligns with the company’s core values and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing & Acquisition: Proactively source and build a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other innovative channels.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Collaborative Hiring: Partner with department leads to understand hiring needs, create job descriptions, and define candidate profiles for various positions.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice by creating engaging content and highlighting our company culture across hiring platforms.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), generate recruitment metrics, and provide regular hiring reports to leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment coordination preferably in eCommerce, retail, or apparel industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and assess candidates effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of modern sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS platforms.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple roles simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines in a remote environment.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with hiring for creative, technical, and operational roles is a plus.
  • Experience working in a remote setup is preferred.
